Exchanges

The customer must pay for shipping to return the product(s) to Herbert & Homer. If a customer receives the product and contacts Herbert & Homer within 7 days of delivery, Herbert & Homer will pay for the new product(s) to be shipped to the customer.  After 7-14 days of receipt of delivery, the customer will be required to pay a $10 AUD delivery fee. Customers must provide Herbert & Homer with a valid tracking number of their return parcel. All exchanges will not be shipped express, unless the customer requests and pays for express shipping charges. The product(s) must not be damaged, and must be returned in their original packaging.

 

Returns

If a customer receives their order and wishes to return the product(s), the customer must contact Herbert & Homer within 7 days of delivery to request a return.  The customer is required to pay for the return shipping. Customers must provide Herbert & Homer with a valid tracking number of their return parcel.  The product(s) must not be damaged, and must be returned in their original packaging.

 

Faulty Product(s)

If a product is damaged or faulty, customers must contact Herbert & Homer with photographic proof of the fault, in order to receive an exchange or refund.
